At Tirefaster, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
• The product is unused, unmounted, and in its original condition
• The tyre has not been fitted, driven, or damaged
• The request is made within 3 to 7 days from the delivery date
Tyres that have been mounted or used are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be in its original packaging with all labels intact
• The original invoice must be provided
• The tyre must be free from any signs of installation or wear
We reserve the right to reject any return if the product does not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number
2. Our team will review and approve the request
3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5 to 10 working days
5. Return Shipping Charges
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Shipping fees and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return cost
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for:
• Incorrect product delivered
• Manufacturing defects
Subject to stock availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Mounted or used tyres
• Damaged products due to misuse
• Products returned after the allowed period
• Items without original packaging or invoice
8. Order Cancellation
• Customers may request order cancellation within 7 days from the purchase date, provided that the order has not been shipped or prepared for shipment.
• In case of cancellation within the allowed period, Tirefaster reserves the right to deduct payment processing and banking fees based on the payment method used, as follows:
• 5% of the total order amount for payments made through Tabby and Tamara
• 2% of the total order amount for payments made through Mada, Mastercard, and Visa
• 3% of the total order amount for payments made through American Express
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be allowed and will be treated under the return policy.
9. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• Notify us within 24 to 72 hours of delivery
• Provide photos as proof
• We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification

11. Product Availability & Alternatives
• In some cases, an order may be confirmed but the product may become unavailable due to stock updates or circumstances beyond our control.
• If the requested product is unavailable, Tirefaster reserves the right to offer alternative options with the same size or equivalent or better specifications.
• If there is a price difference between the requested product and the alternative:
• If the alternative product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference before processing the order.
• If the alternative product costs less, the price difference will be refunded to the customer or credited based on mutual agreement.
• The customer has the right to reject the proposed alternatives, in which case a full refund will be issued without any deductions or fees.
Important Note
Due to the nature of tyres, once installed or used, they cannot be resold. Therefore, returns are strictly limited to unused products only. This is a standard practice in the tyre industry to ensure product safety, quality, and the protection of all parties’ rights.
