• Our services may only be used for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Saudi regulations.

User Responsibilities

• Do not use our services to send misleading, spam, or unlawful messages.

Company Responsibilities

• We strive to provide stable and secure services; however, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, content, and software are the property of Tirefaster and may not be used without prior written consent.

Orders & Payment

• We provide several payment options: (Mada, credit cards, bank transfer, installment plans).
• Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
• The company is not responsible for any issues caused by payment gateways outside our control.
• In case of order cancellation by the customer, payment gateway fees (TAP, Tamara, PayTabs) will apply.

Returns & Exchanges

• Customers can request returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt, subject to:
• Tires must be unused and in original condition.
• Tires must not be installed or used in any way.
• Original invoice must be presented.
• Products that have been installed or used are not eligible.
• Installation fees (if any) may be deducted during return.
• The company may cancel the order or replace the tire with another brand after agreement with the customer.
• Any price difference must be paid by the customer before shipment.

Installation Service

• Customers choosing installation (branch or on-site):
• Must provide accurate location and be present at the scheduled time.
• No-show or delay may result in rescheduling or extra fees.
• Service availability depends on schedule and coverage area.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
• Delivery time may vary based on location and product availability (1–15 business days).
• The company is not responsible for delays beyond its control (weather, shipping issues, etc.).

Warranty

• Tires are subject to manufacturer warranty (if any).
• Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect installation.
• All tires sold are covered by authorized dealer warranty.
• Customers can contact the dealer directly or customer service for assistance.
• “Golden Warranty” may apply to selected products:
• Warranty period: 3 months to 1 year, depending on tire and offer.
• Non-repairable tire damage allows a one-time replacement of one tire only.
• Customer service contact is required for procedures.

Customer Responsibility

• Ensure correct tire size before purchase.
• Provide accurate information (address, phone number).
• The company is not responsible for orders based on incorrect customer information.
